This optimization effort focuses on using existing IT assets to support and advance the business.

Our infrastructure assessment and optimization service is based on the infrastructure optimization model from Microsoft.  This model has been developed using industry best practices, experience with enterprise customers, and is based upon Gartner’s Infrastructure Maturity Model and MIT’s Architecture Model. It is a structured, systematic process of assessing maturity across IT capabilities, and for defining, prioritizing, and executing improvement projects.
